An urban boutique hotel in the Dubailand Residence Complex residential cluster: seven floors, 372 compact rooms, automated check-in and check-out and a centralised digital management system. The project is delivered in a partnership structure with the landowner and a financial investor. Ammara One acts as developer and operator: design, construction, commissioning and asset management.
