We're not a single-stage contractor.
Ammara One is a design and build company that carries a project from concept to handover: design, construction, engineering, fit-out and delivery, under one roof. One point of accountability for timeline, budget and quality, all the way to handover.
Our own architects, structural engineers and MEP engineers, our own site crews, our own licences for swimming pools and elevators, no subcontractor chain diluting responsibility. Digital project controls (baseline vs. actual, critical-path tracking) with targeted AI analytics for early risk detection.

Do you work only as a general contractor, or take on smaller jobs too?
We always act as the general contractor on a turnkey basis; small standalone jobs (cosmetic repairs, painting) aren't our focus.
What's the difference between your reconstruction and restoration work?
Reconstruction changes a building's function and modernizes its systems; restoration preserves the historic fabric while integrating modern engineering without compromising the architecture.
Do you handle MEP in-house, or subcontract it?
Our own engineering team covers electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire-safety systems — fully coordinated in-house, not outsourced.
Can you deliver a project on an EPC basis?
Yes, when the project calls for it — engineering, procurement and construction under one line of accountability.
What happens after handover — do you operate the building?
We hand over a full as-built and O&M documentation package plus a warranty period; ongoing building operation sits with a separate operating company within the group.
Can I come in as a partner rather than just commission a contract?
Yes, through our buy → renovate → sell co-investment model — terms are discussed individually.
Do you build swimming pools and install elevators yourselves?
Yes. We hold our own licences for swimming pool construction and elevator installation, so these scopes stay inside the contract instead of going to a separate subcontractor.
