A sports and exhibition complex on Tbilisi Avenue in Baku and the country's largest indoor arena: 18,000 m² and 8,000 seats. Host venue for world championships in wrestling, boxing and rhythmic gymnastics and for the 2015 European Games. Reconstruction of an operating facility with dense engineering: lighting, acoustics, broadcast infrastructure, delivered around a tight competition schedule.
