Ganjlik Mall

Ganjlik Mall is Baku's largest shopping and leisure centre: 121,500 m² of gross area, four retail levels around a daylit atrium, a 1,000-space underground car park, a multiplex and a family entertainment zone. The only mall in the city with direct access to the metro and bus station, which set specific demands on footfall, evacuation and coordination with transport infrastructure. Building services at megastructure scale: 11 MW of mechanical and 12 MW of electrical capacity. Ammara One delivered design and construction works within its scope and took part in commissioning the centre.
