CUT CUT Ninja Arena

Dubai's first dedicated Ninja complex: a two-storey 9,120 m² building with a mezzanine on a 2-hectare plot. A family entertainment centre with 12 activity zones, from trampolines and a climbing wall to bowling and VR. A TV arena with a 90-metre competition course and full broadcast infrastructure for international tournaments and sports shows. Ammara One acts as developer: design, construction, MEP and commissioning.
